What we collect

Through the contact form on this site we collect: your name, email address, an optional phone number, an optional business name, your selected service interest, and the contents of your message.

We do not use third-party analytics services that build user profiles. Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and operational purposes; these are retained per Vercel's policies and are not used by us for marketing.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit through the contact form to respond to your inquiry, schedule a discovery call, and prepare a proposal. If you become a client, we retain that information to perform the work and invoice you. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we never sell it.

Processors we use

  • Vercel · hosting and form-submission infrastructure.
  • Resend · transactional email delivery for contact-form submissions.
  • Google · only when you specifically engage us for Google Business Profile work, in which case we act on your behalf within your GBP account.

Cookies & tracking

This site uses only essential, first-party cookies needed for basic functionality. We do not set advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future (e.g., Plausible or Vercel Analytics with anonymized IPs), we'll update this page first.

Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and for up to 24 months thereafter for record-keeping. If you become a client, project-related communications are retained for the duration of our engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), or similar laws · including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@mdbusinesslink.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days. We will never charge you for exercising your rights.

Security

We host on Vercel, transmit form submissions over HTTPS, and limit access to your information to people who genuinely need it to perform the work. We don't store payment card data ourselves , that's handled by Stripe directly.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top and, for active clients, notify you by email.
